I’ve setup the website on a staging server: https://staging5.greenbeltmagazine.com/ – the homepage looks fine while the inner pages Header and Footer breaks https://staging5.greenbeltmagazine.com/features/dangerous-women-in-tech/. In the tagDiv editor it looks fine. What could be the issue?

I saw that you also use WP Bakery and it is in conflict with tagDiv Composer/tagDiv Cloud Library.
So, I gladly recommend you to shift from WPBakery to Composer, because WPBakery conflicts with our page builder.
