Newspaper is the worst software I've encountered in decades

I’ve been designing and running basic webpages and WordPress sites for years. I decided I wanted something a bit more modern, user-friendly, and quicker-loading, and was happy to pay for something that would make my life easier. Unfortunately I hit upon Newspaper.

Over the years, in web-land, and software-land, I have seen incredibly badly-documented programs, designed by people who couldn’t explain a cat-flap to a grandmother, but Newspaper has trumped them all. This has got to be the worst-designed and worst-explained software I have encountered in decades. I have no doubt that it works very well for those people who are already very familiar with the territory, but for everyone else it’s an appalling mess, requiring too many plugins that don’t activate properly, endless pages saying ‘Oh, you also need to use this software’, with no proper explanation, some even more incomprehensible software called Slider Revolution which is even worse than Newspaper itelf, and endless, completely different, head-scratching editor pages. Even just trying to set a basic header image is a nightmare. What are you playing at, charging people for this dog’s breakfast? Give me my money back.

It is really frustrating to work with TagDiv. When we try to do one thing, the editor applies another thing. I want to make my main menu sticky with the Default PRO header but can not simply do it. Very late replies via emails. Like 2 days.

Hi Tallith and Nagarig,

We are sorry to hear this, but, if you are not satisfied with our services and theme, we can provide a refund. You can request a refund here – https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new and we will approve it as soon as possible.

@Nagarig
to activate the sticky menu on PRO Demo you need to edit the homepage with tagDiv Composer ->https://i.imgur.com/9ZRfGmz.png and enable it from website manager -> https://i.imgur.com/gtDMCGi.png

Have a nice day!
