There are two types of licenses currently available. The regular license and the extended license. More information here

The Envato policy allows to use a theme only on one install. You can however use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed

Hello, i have a similar question, and while i have found some answers here, not everything is made perfectly clear. So please help me understand this.
I have installed Newspaper theme on one website / domain earlier, but now i have deleted that site. It`s completely gone.
May i use the same licence on a new website i`m building?
(There will still be only one licence online)

The Envato license terms can be ambiguous at times indeed. However it mentions that as long as the theme is used for a single end product (website) than there is no problem.
So in this case there will be no issue if you removed the previous website and create a new one using the theme. Install it and activate it normally.
