I am trying to load the logo and I cannot. I went to Theme Panel, Logo & Favicon. On the Logo Upload, I click on the upload button. It takes me to Insert Media- Upload Files. I click on the Select Files button and it does nothing. It does not open or go anywhere. I even tried going into the Media Library and then on Select Files button and nothing happens. I cannot load my logo. I tried logging off and logging back in and it still did not work.

First of all, please check your system status parameters to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Increase all parameters from here. Most likely, your PHP memory is exhausted, and that’s why you cannot load anything. It might be a reason in this situation.

I tried doing what you said and I still can not load a picture. I click on the elect Files button and it does nothing. I don’t know what else to do.

Please also disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
