Hello. I use main-menu from WordPress Menus in Menu Bar of Newspaper theme of tagDiv, but when the drop down menu of the Menu Bar for the parent categories that acquire sub-categories cannot be displayed, unless I am a logged-in user. The parent categories names are also not clickable under these circumstances. Categories that have no child categories are clickable. All these happen once you are a plain visitor (logged-off user) of the website: https://www.bet3.gr/
If you are logged-in, everything is being set as normal. Is it maybe a settings or a cache issue?
Hi vorilask,
Most of the theme when a submenu is not displaying when this is hover it is related to a plugin conflict, it maybe be form some cache plugin or optimize plugin…. Please make a test and disable all non theme plugins and checked to see if the problem still persist, if not, enable the plugins one by one and check the menu until you find the plugin that made the problem, then check to see if this do not have some options related to css or JavaScript or simply let it disabled.
Let us know the results!
Thank you!
Hello. I entered bet3.GR in Troubleshooting version, with all the plugins deactivated. I only activated tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Mobile Theme, tagDiv Social Counter, tagDiv Standard Pack plugins and after that, the menu has been disappeared at all for logged-off users. I checked from Google Chrome, Opera, Microsoft Edge, Maxthon browsers. Please watch the screenshot attached.
Afterwards, I opened tagDiv Composer, I changed some settings but the issue remains.
Looking forward to your reply.
