1.Mobile theme didn’t translate “LATEST ARTICLES” into a word i set. Image

2.How can I make my audience network ads in the middle? Image

1)Please notice that the mobile theme translation is common with the main theme translation. Please use this section to translate your content: http://screencast.com/t/y856S457 Clear all your caches, purge CDN files and test the results.
2)I guess that you want to add some ads on your Mobile theme, right? Please notice that you can handle your ads on mobile from Theme panel, from here -> http://screencast.com/t/rIiiazF7WC

If is not what you mean, please provide more detail so I will be able to provide am ore accurate response.
