Dears,
I am starting work on a project and will be using your great theme. Are there any plans in the nearest future for a 10.4 version release? I am mostly interested in any new PRO pre built websites, whether they will be included or not.
Is there somewhere release schedule that you publish with planned new functionalities that are in scope of the release?

Hello !
New layouts and demos will be available only starting from version 11. This update will not include any new demo layouts.
