Hello,
I am trying to change the category headings on the mainpage of Newspaper theme – Recipes. Thumbnails of each post in that category were listed under. The default template has: POPULAR RECIPES. DESERTS. CHICKEN & BEEF in the same order but even though I deleted these categories I still see them on the main page. could you please help?

The titles you mention are actually block titles. They can be set or changed from the block settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
