Newspaper SEO friendly?

Hi,

I would like to read from others here about their experience with the Newspaper Theme and SEO? How friendly is the theme in terms of SEO? What is your experience?

Don’t get me wrong, I think this theme is the best out there but I personally struggle getting up in the SERPS, regardless what I try. Yes I am advanced in terms of SEO but not perfectionist! What’s your experience?

For SEO, we recommend Yoast plugin which is tested with our theme: https://yoast.com/
You can choose other plugin which suites you the best, but take care for a future plugin conflict.

I have the same experience, there are several issues with SEO with this theme. I have bought two themes and nothing is working out. I am trying to switch to another theme.

Newspaper theme looks clean but lacks SERP friendliness.

Thats my point, and I am not even sure where the lack is located but it seems also depending on the pre-made template you use. Overall even with SEO plugin and own stuff I do, I have no luck with SERPs anymore without knowing 100% what the issue might be…
