Newspaper system status Error

This is the error code I get when I click on the system status tab in Newspaper 7 Panel.
What’s happening?

Fatal error: Call to undefined function td_is_td_mobile_plugin_active() in /home/content/a2pnexwpnas02_data03/31/3451231/html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/wp-admin/panel/td_view_system_status.php on line 144

Hello skmg,

Please make the update to the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.4) and also, please update the required plugins to the latest version of them (Visual Composer 4.12.1 and Social Counter 4.1). If you are using some untested plugins, please try to clear all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
