Newspaper TagDiv editor error – not showing save button

Hi,
while editing cloud templates with TagDiv composer and adding text module I don’t see SAVE button, only editor windows, so it’s impossible to add any new text.

How can I resolve this?

Hi,

That element doesn’t have a save button, because it should automatically save what you enter in it. If it’s not doing that, it means there is a problem. Could be a plugin conflict, that’s the first thing to test. Deactivate all non-theme plugins as a quick test, and check if it works. Or if you want we can test this, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login for the website.
