Hi I purchased this theme from envato but when I try to download it does not get downloaded I end up clicking download button multiple times which lead to try again in 24 hours.
I am not sure if this is an issue from Envato end or your end but I just pay for something which I can not use feeling a little disappointed I hope you will look into this matter at the earliest.
I can provide any detail as required.

They should explain you about this issue, because you downloaded from their website.
