Newspaper theme break instant article characters

Hi,Tagdiv team!

First,i very like this theme,but I’m facing some problem.

I installed instant article for wp plugin.

All chinese characters showing “??????????????????Newline”! And no image or any media.

Hi,

Please note that we have not tested any plugins with those capabilities. Maybe it is simply no compatible or you are not configuring it properly. I could not say why it transforms the text like that, because I don’t know how the plugin works. Try reading the plugin documentation or go through the settings again.

when i change other theme instant article plugin will be work great,i think is newspaper theme break RSS
Feed.may I know future update will fix this problem?

Because now many people using instant article.

Hi,

Unfortunately not all plugins are compatible with premium themes. Even if a plugin works with one theme, it may not work with others. A plugin may not be compatible with all the themes, or a theme with all plugins. You could just try and search for other plugins that have the options you need, and maybe find one that is fully working properly.

Hello for all, i found the solution,
The NewsPaper Theme is perfect and the problem is not in template.
The problem is in Server, you can check to theme system status, and you can find the “mbstring” missing on you php extensions, after 30 hours of searching on internet i didnt find the solution to fix this problem, when i compare with my friend website i fond that missing ‘mbstring’ on my server and i contact to server administration to install this extension on server the problem is gone.

I deserve a reward from TagDiv for this solution 😀 😀 😀

Just to bump up this thread, if you are facing any Facebook Instant Article issues with regards to the generated content to be truncated, please install the correct version of mbstring in accordance to your php version that Newspaper theme is running on. It can be checked via the system status panel of the theme. Cheers
