Newspaper theme is not working just after installation : Uncaught Error

I am getting this error after brand new installation of Newspaper theme v10.2 .

Any ideas?

Hello !

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
