Newspaper theme license: unassign/assign to new domain

Hi TagDiv Team,

I have a little issue with the Newspaper license assignment.

One of my clients wants to migrate the website to a new hosting.
So I have set up the new environment and I have migrated the website but I am not able to add a new domain in “My License” tab of the Newspaper theme.

As you can see from the screenshot (https://www.wingateschool.com/img/newspaper-license.png), the links to “Unassign” the domains are deactivated.

I do not need the new.wingateschool.com domain anymore.

If you can unassign that domain and activate the one in the screenshot (wingateschool.wpengine.com) it would be great.

I have already sent an email to contact@tagdiv.com yesterday but I did not receive a reply yet.

If you can help me asap it would be great because my client wants to complete the migration by the end of the week and the only thing I am missing is to activate the Newspaper license for the new domain.
