Newspaper Theme Panel Stops Working

Hi, I tried to update the Google Analytics code + make setting changes in the Newspaper Theme Panel options. But the Theme Panel keeps hanging after I clicked Save Settings. Used to work okay. What could have happened? Any way to rectify greatly appreciated thanks!

Hi,

Please take a look at the theme system status – https://www.screencast.com/t/07zZSxqey8 and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary

These parameters can cause the issues you are describing in the theme panel.

Hi Simion, thanks for the links.

To clarify, what is the most common cause of the newspaper theme panel hanging there after clicking on Save Settings? Insufficient memory resources allocated?

Hi,

It is recommended to follow the guide as described, especially the memory limit value that is defined in the wp-config file, in your wordpress installation. Please try and make these modifications and everything should work properly regarding the theme panel.
