We updated a couple of days ago, and since, we have lost 2 features.
1) The lightbox feature in WooCOmmerce > Products > Settings > Display. We are using latest WooComerce, PHP 5.6
2) A plugin to assign retailers WooCommerce Product Retailers is not working now. This stopped working on the last update of the theme (7.6).

The Woocommerce plugin released a major update a few days back. Please note that the theme is not influencing the plugin settings in any way, it all depends on the plugin authors. Here is a changelog for the latest Woocommerce update – https://woocommerce.com/2017/04/woocommerce-3-0-release/
For the light-box issue, It seems this a common problem after the update, maybe the feature was removed or replaced. You can find more information by following this topic – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/lightbox-not-working-after-upgrade-to-3-0/ and also a possible fix suggested by the plugin author.

If changes need to be made from the theme perspective to accommodate the new features, they will be made available as soon as possible. It seems the Woocommerce plugin received yet another update containing multiple fixes

In the meantime you could try the advice from the plugin author and declare support with the code they provided for the lightbox in the topic provided, just enter it in the functions.php file located in the theme folder and see if it works for you.
