Newspaper Woocommerce Template Out of Date

I’m getting the following message stating the Woocommerce template is out of date. Is there a new file that I can use to update this?

You can copy the code from top of woocommerce template into the td version. Often the template change is minor and many times i found only change was version header, which causes useless warning.
