I get the message that this thumbnail is not found in: https://www.topfgartenwelt.com/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/assets/images/no-thumb/td_265x198.png
What kind of image should that be and can I remove it?

You will have to activate that thumb size in Theme panel – Block settings – Thumbs on blocks / modules: https://www.screencast.com/t/NfkKhbsY
