Sorry, but the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to exclude or include such categories for this theme feature regarding on Next and Previous section, sorry! You should check the theme’s core files and implement it yourself through the code if you want to achieve as you wish. So, notice that is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!

I wish that there was such an option for the Next and Previous Posts section. And Related Posts section. Many other free plugins allow this kind of basic functionality. Perhaps, this is something that could be implemented in one of the future releases?
