Listen, I like what you do, and I have almost only good things to say about your products; but if you are going to have any chance to compete on the WP-premium marked, you NEED to reply to your customers, guys! At least a nod, with “sorry, do not support this” or “coming later, perhaps”, but no reply.. that turns customers off in an instant!
