Hey everyone,
I just purchased the Newspaper 9.6 theme yesterday and am sadly about to give up on it. Not sure if the problem is on my side or is elsewhere.
When I try to use the TD Composer and download any sort of template or any other feature, I get this error:
Failed to contact the templates API server
I have been trying since yesterday and get the same error every single time. Currently I am unable to use header manager and am not even able to change header settings such as background image.
Any suggestions? I’m pretty frustrated at this point.

Please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps;

Please make sure that you have a good connection to the internet.
