No Blocks

Hi,

Sorry if this has been answered already somewhere, I could not find it while searching.

I just installed Newspaper7 into my WP and when i try to create a page using Visual Composer, I am unable to see the theme blocks.
I click on Add Element and am presented with a screen containing these tabs:
All, Content, Social, Structure, WordPress Widgets, Depreciated. But no Blocks.

I tested the theme on my home server before porting it to my live server and it was all ok. But now for some reason the blocks are gone.

Please help!

Just to add…

I tried disabling and deleting Visual Composer, reinstalling using the theme, reinstalling using the zip file in the theme folder, clearing the cache and nothing works.

The best I could get was to see the blocks on the page design page, but all it says, for example, is “Block 18”, but when I hover over it there are no options to clone, edit, delete etc…

Please make sure that all elements are enabled in Visual Composer settings: http://screencast.com/t/13nsvcQ9XXAM then test the site again. Let us know how it goes and if the problem persist please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your login credentials and we will inspect this issue as soon as possible, also include a link to this topic.
