incredible! all with the same problem. Do not you try the updates before you release them?

Send email at contact@tagdiv.com??? It takes days to answer .. why I’m going to send anything. Meanwhile I lose thousands of visits. Fix the problem that is affecting many people instead of sending an email that takes days to solve. I can not be without web for so long Sorry.

Same problem, white screen no content and only header showing. Really bummed with these subsequent small updates. You guys should have tested updates intensively before releasing them.

It seems that they do not try and now they have hundreds of broken websites.

@AntonioGM, you’ll get used to it as with any theme updates with other developers you’ll eventually experience this. Please do your due diligence as a webmaster to backup and test it on your staging environment before pushing it to live. For now, you can roll back any changes you’ve made and if you have the previous theme files.

@mrsky28, Yes, I had a backup and it is already restored .. But I have contracted 10 journalists writing daily on my website. Now all the work done is lost because the backup is yesterday afternoon .. It’s incredible to do these things.

Restored to 9.7.1 and solved. Waiting for 9.7.3 version.

add more to the list … problem with the button “see more” of the modules. They stay thinking and do not charge. I do not know whether to laugh or cry
