No domains associated with my license after theme update

I have updated the Newspaper theme on my website from 9.5.2 to version 12.4 and I have a problem accessing the Cloud Templates Library.
My site is registered with the initial license license but I get an error that there is no dmain associated with me license key.
Also when trying to access the Cloud Templates I get the error : Envato key is missing or invalid. Please register your theme using a valid key and try again. Buy Newspaper Theme
What is the solution to the above? Do I have to buy a new license in order to complete the update?

Hello,
I bought a new License since the old one was bought on 2017.
I have Installed the new License and the Cloud Library is working well now.
