NO FORUM SUPPORT TO MY PROBLEM -_-

I have two problems submitted in the forum, but i have got no reply to that. What’s the problem in providing support to my problem thread ??

Monday – Friday:
8:00 AM – 17:00 PM

Sorry for the delay!
Please also note that our daily support hours is between 8:00 AM – 17:00 PM (GMT+2) from Monday to Friday and we take message one by one starting with the older ones. For some messages we need more time to test and research the issues/requests/reports so we will replay to your massages as soon as we will can.
