No Megamenu option in Menus

I used the Newspaper (Health theme) to build a site but the megamenu option seems to be missing in the Appearances > Menus section. Using the demo template, I was able to swap out my categories to make the “Style” menu section which works fine.

For the “Advice” menu section, the page forward/backward icon shows, but there is no content in the mega menu. I cannot figure out how to link my Advice content to this menu item to be visible as a megamenu. I’m not trying to add sub-menus to this. I just want to link to one category (Advice).

When I try adding new Custom Links or Categories to the Main Menu, there is no option for creating a megamenu.

Any suggestions? I’m very new at this. Thanks.

I read that section, but the problem is that when I add another item to my Main Menu (such as Custom Link, Category), I do not have the option to create a Megamenu as described in your tutorial. Below is what I get.

No. I ended up just not using the megamenu at all. It looks cool, but decided to just keep things simple.
