Hi
Moved Web site to a new domain. A week has passed. But for some reason there is no message about the activation on the new domain.

Hi,
Probably your theme is activated that’s why the warning message doesn’t appear. Even if you move the site to new domain, if you use the same database your theme is still active. If not you will get the message.
