No more stretch on header menu

Hi there,

After I updated to the latest version my menu at oldnewsclub.com will not stretch!

I’m running “header style 10”

And “Force Full Width / Header menu / Stretch container and content” but with no luck.

I have tried to delete all my own CSS which isn’t the problem.

All the best,

Hello, Steen H.,

In the last update, v11, the implementation of the boxed option has been fixed, if you set a background image/colour this boxed option had applied only to content, now it also applies to the header and footer.
Please check this topic also: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/bugsince-i-updating-to-newspaper-11-header-fotter-arent-full-width/
So, if you don’t have a background image/colour and the option to make it boxed is disable, => https://www.screencast.com/t/ejiNPCBF then the settings from the theme panel should apply.

Hope this helps you!

Thank you!

Thank you Anamaria,

That helped! But now my footer is plain white even though I have chosen a color. Why is the footer background color not responding now?

By doing an inspect I can see that the background color is set to “transparent”.

Hello,

Please provide screenshots where you set the background color and with footer, also the link to your website to inspect it.

Thank you!

And, why do the settings not apply to posts? (I have cleared cache on all levels)

Example:
https://oldnewsclub.com/ <— works great besides the footer issue.
https://oldnewsclub.com/the-iconic-back-to-the-future-18-scale-dmc-delorean-from-eaglemoss/ <– Stretch does not apply as on front page – issue with footer does though.

I have my own custom made template – and the featured image is set to Full width with no padding.

Our team will take a look! Please note that at the moment the support is a bit crowded. Replying may take up to 48 hours.

I now fixed the footer color by changing the color away from default – that’s weird!

But my sidebar on some posts are still completely fucked up… and I can’t turn off sticky sidebar plus Twitter icon appears all over the place.

I have tried to get in contact with support as you mentioned… and also created an Admin account for you. But haven’t heard anything yet.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
