Hi I am not getting the options on menu items in menu screen to turn them into mega menu items. I have tried various types of menu items, custom link, categories, pages, posts etc. and none of them display any options relating to mega menu. Please advise.

We have seen the menu option be removed by plugin before so i think it’s safe to say it is a plugin conflict.
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Since the original poster did not continue the investigation, it would be safe to say that plugins were causing the issue. Try the same suggestion, deactivate all plugins except theme plugins. Then the mega-menu option should be visible for each menu item

Plugins were not the issue, I ended up using another mega menu plugin.

Using Max mega menu I think. But now my mobile menu doesn’t work so will need to hide the default mobile menu and use the Max Mega Menu one.
This is not a theme issue, the option to create a mega-menu is displayed on a theme install with only theme plugins active

In almost all cases the option disappearance was caused by other plugins as mentioned above. So if you disable all plugins it should appear.

There weren’t any issues or incompatibilities between that plugin wan the theme as far as I know.
