Loaded Update from today. No Patch-Folder founded. Mistake?

Hello,
Just upload the whole theme, is very difficult for us to manage the patches(manualy) and we don’t want to brake the clients sites with a broken patch. We are looking for a solution to create the patch, automatically (not manually how was it created now).
