No picture of the articles are showing up on mobile template

I’ve installed the theme including all the plugins, but there are no pictures next to the postings on the mobile version.

Hello !

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I’ve deactivated all plugins, cleard the cache, but there are still no pictures in the mobile theme.

And what do you mean with using child theme? Can you specifiy this a bit more?

That there is no missunderstanding. I’ve deactivated all plugins without the tagDiv once.

I’ll invite contact@tagdiv.com to our WP Admin, but we don’t have a cPanel. We have a hosted WP Blog and where’s no cPanel included.

The password for the wp amdin login page will be send separate as an encrypted Mail (with our own service WeEncrypt Mail).
