Hi! I’ve noticed that when going through comments, there isn’t a way to directly reply to a person. It’s just a long list of comments. Is there any way to edit the theme to allow comments to be created in direct response to another person?

I am not sure what you mean because as can be seen in this screen: http://screencast.com/t/h2zoahnC the theme allows to directly reply to another person in comments sections. Please provide more specific details and a screen pointing to this issue so I can duplicate the situation and provide a solution, if possible.
