No save button in theme settings

Hey, I already got 1 theme installed on a different wordpress website and it works fine. While on this domain I activated the theme normally, installed a template. But I got no save button in theme settings also the theme settings look grey, instead of blue/dark colors like on my other domain. What should I do? Delete everything from the domain and do a clean install? Thanks in advance
