No Scroll Bar in Browser

Hi, Just installed Newspaper. Went to view the site and there’s no scroll bar appearing in Chrome or Safari – Page Down also doesn’t work with it. So I can’t scroll down the pages.

Is there a fix for this?

Check for JS errors in your error console (F12).
Make sure you clear all your caching on server, CDN, and browser(s).

Hi Chris,

Thanks for the quick response. Looked in error console – nothing there and cleared the cache. Still not scroll bars – very strange. Any other ideas?

Hi,
Please disable all plugins except visual composer. Sometimes plugins can cause errors and conflicts which break the layout.

Hi Bogdan – that’s got it! Thanks. I’ll carefully reactivate as needed and see which is the offending plugin.
