No scroll bar on settings pane of tagDiv Composer

I recently purchased NewsPaper theme and while using tagDiv composer I found there is no vertical scroll bar available to see all available settings on layout page after selecting element.

I have latest Wodpress Core 5.9.3 with Newspaper theme 11.4.2 and all other plugins up-to date.

Already tried this with Google Chrome Version 100.0.4896.127, Edge Version 100.0.1185.44 (Official build) (64-bit) and FireFox 99.0.1 (64-bit) all browsers are up-to date and no errors in showing in console window.

Please review and get this fixed ASAP as it’s not easy to browse through settings.

Thanks

Here is another example, last configuration setting on layout pane is “prev icon” and next icon, I cannot view icons popup at all. Even if I search it is not showing the results of Font Awesome icons.

Check this snapshot for left icon

Hi,
Unfortunately the screenshots that you provided are forbidden -> https://i.imgur.com/KTboCA4.png
Also, to scroll in tagDiv sidebar settings you’ll need to use the mouse wheel.
Thank you!

Hey Calin, I have laptop with trackpad and it’s not user friendly experience. Will have to find a mouse with wheel to access settings but again it’s not considered good UX since it confuses end users; please forward this feedback to your design team to consider fixing in next release.

Specially when selecting “prev icon” with pop up at the bottom of panel doesn’t work.

Adding snapshots again for your reference:

I understand you perfectly, and there were a few other users who, as you say, used a laptop or tablet, but so far developers have not added a visible scroll bar.
We’ve added it back to our list, maybe this time it will be with luck!
Thank you for your understanding!

yep, specially popups are hard to work with in settings.

Another recommendation is to make configuration settings pane to display as both: 1) side bar sticked to left as default and 2) full screen popup overlay DIV.

Thanks for responding.

I’m not quite sure that I understand the second recommendation, can you please provide an example?
Thank you!
