No Social Sharing Buttons on Pages

Hi,

The social sharing buttons are displayed on posts only.
I would also like them to appear on my pages.
But I have not found any way to configure this.

I am using Version 9.2.2 of the Newspaper Theme

Hi,

That is not possible, only posts can be shared with the theme post sharing options. If you want to provide options for sharing pages, the easiest way would be to use a sharing plugin that has such options.

Can this be a future feature in Newspaper? One of the benefits of purchasing a theme in my view is to reduce the reliance on plugins, especially when they are mimicking a partially supported theme feature !

Indeed for the moment our theme can share only posts, what you can do is to add this on our list and maybe this will be add in coming updates.

I’m in the same trouble.

Why should I use a plugin for a basic feature like the Sharing button after purchasing a premium theme?

Hi CSCS,

Our Newspaper theme is a theme for news, therefore the sharing options were not add on pages only on posts, maybe this will be add in the coming updates.
