i have app id, app secret key but get access token doesn’t work
i bought extended support and tagdiv no provide support ….

I have the same problem. I have entered app id, access token, and secret key, but facebook followers remain 0 on the site.

Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it this case.
