I installed everything in order , also installed theme without content.
I don’t see any Visual Composer tab for Homepage.So i can’t edit my homepage.

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme Newspaper (7.0.1), Visual Composer (4.11.2) in order to achieve best results. Also, please clear all your caches and test it again. If your problem is still there after these, try to re-update your theme only VIA FTP, update all your plugins and test it again and check the results.

I did eveything what you ask , nothing has worked.
then I installed demo with content , i deleted all content in it , so visual composer worked that way.
I took while to wipe all data from demo content though.
I am not sure what is causing to get Visual Composer tab but you should check it out.I have seen several of your customers reporting same issue.

Please notice that the latest version of WordPress ‘break’ the Visual Composer and this was resolved in the latest version of Visual Composer (4.11.2) and with this latest version of the plugin, the theme should work fine. I have checked my backend the tabs are there and work as properly.

Firstofall i sincerely apologize that i should have know that i had first create a page to see visiual editor on main page.
I have realized today.
So everything is working fine.
