No text wrap around image added in gutenberg post edit

Hi,

i am adding an image to the post via gutenberg editor. However standard function of aligning image to the right or left with the text wrapped around does not work. Each image is just displayed as a block and text only starts below image. It does not make sense for small images that should be side by side with text. Is it standard newspaper theme behavior or just the PRO template I am using (animals pro)? How to change it?

I found in css inspector this part, but not sure if it is for that:
