Nofollow tag is being added in comment section

After using a tool to analyze my site, it indicated that my site is using nofollow tag on internal links. After using the inspect element I found that it’s being added just after the “Leave a reply” heading. I am using the TechNews Pro template for my posts and the issue is also present on your Tech News demo site as well.

That isn’t a problem, this is the way was implement the button for “Cancel reply” https://i.imgur.com/CBKdw3G.png, that button by default is hidden, and this is made using a link that when is clicked display the comment section. Also, this link does not need to be indexed by Google that is why it has set nofollow.
