For my images I fill the Description field (in Russian, if it matters):
In tagDiv Slide Gallery this field is displayed correctly:
But when displaying the photos in full size, we get this:

This is not a bug, you can check our demo tutorial here -> http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/td-post-aston-villa-beat-liverpool-to-join-arsenal-in-the-fa-cup-final/ and you will see that this behavior does not happen. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins.

Unfortunately you did not understand me.
If the photo Description there are non-English characters, they are displayed with the downed encoding the full-sized image.

Please ensure that you have activated the Google Fonts settings from your language, from Theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/iA6cypmw To be sure, you can try to enable all of them, clear all your caches nad check the results.
