Normal Menu (Not Sticky) Responding Incorrectly

Hello, my website http://www.whybiotech.com has the menu set to Normal Menu (Not Sticky)

If I’m not mistaken, then this means that when a user scrolls down, the top menu will follow the scroll. It is currently not doing that. What can I do to fix this?

Hello,

A menu that scrolls with the content is a sticky menu. If the option is set to “not sticky” the menu will not be sticky, meaning it will not follow along with the scroll. Sticky means sticking to the screen as you scroll, not sticking to it’s default position. If you want it to scroll, make sure you select the smart snap or the always sticky option https://www.screencast.com/t/HtBSauywT

Hello,

Sorry but only the main menu has the option of being sticky. The top menu does not share this functionality.
