We are not able to edit the CSS for the mobile version. The CSS value is not changing and it only changes when we select the desktop version and not in mobile. The CSS settings get stuck with the desktop value. PFA

That option only works with desktops. I tried to change the value after making the viewport mobile, but the value is not changing and stay there as a constant value.

It should be editable. Most likely, you encountered an error in the console while you tried to click there. Please check!
