Not able to install new plugin

I can’t find any attachment here. Try to attache the image again , also provide more details about this issue and maybe I can help you. However the plugins are managed by WordPress not by the theme so it might be a problem related with your host or the source from which you try to download the plugin.

Looks like perhaps your directory is not writable or a server mis-configuration at hosting level. Theme doesn’t manage plugin install, WP does.

Best way to install plugins is actually download from the WordPress.org repo, then install via FTP on your site.
