Not able to set up anything

I have run the script, but page is still broken, I am not able to instal any demo because of some ajax error.
Please advice

Please try to replace this file td_panel_categories.php – http://screencast.com/t/bb9Isui5K with the one provided in the following link – https://www.dropbox.com/s/f9kzfdmozsvya1r/td_panel_categories.zip?dl=0 and see if it works.
