Not able to update Menu

Hello All,
My domain is https://sustainabilitynext.in/

From past 2 or 3 months I am not able to update menu items using Appearance > Menu
If I try to change any menu items, it will be just refreshing the page for hours and will not get updated.
It is only possible through customize. But this is also little slow

Can you please try to help me in this issue

I found this problem even after updating the site to wordpress 5.8

This problem is due to WordPress. Try to investigate the issue: https://theme.co/forum/t/appearance-menu-incredibly-slow/77331
Please roll back to the previous version of WordPress because we need to test it also and fix some issues.

Thanks for your message. But the problem was present in 5.7, 5.7.1 and 5.7.2 version also
I tried the 2 options which you had given in the link. But still I am not able to edit the menu
