The theme is not creating the featured image… isyou can see it online in http://www.aerobictotal.com.
Any problem configuration? is a brand new instalation…

for more information about the issue, I downloaded the regenerate thumbnail plugin and after running it, the thumbnail for this video post (http://www.aerobictotal.com/?p=78) is neither created.

Please make sure that you set a feature image for that post replacing the video URL and setting the post to standard format and check if the feature image is set as I have also checked this and haven’t found any issues with this: http://screencast.com/t/yvgevVyO2lK
If you still don’t have any feature image as a thumb please make sure that you disable all plugins, empty cache then regenerate the thumbs again and check for this by uploading an image and setting it as featured image.

it sould be create the thumbnail automatically? here it doesn’t… I changed the post to standard one, uploaded an image and it doesn’t create the featured image automatically. But if I put it manually, it appears. Then I swith to video post, and it appears a “play” icon over the featured image that i uploaded. But it doesn’t create the image automatically. Is a brand new installation… recomendation? do you want a user to entry?

The thumbnail is automatically downloaded from youtube (or vimeo/dailymotion in the other cases). Try to remove the featured image, and replace the featured video with another, see if the thumb is set. This happens because of your server configuration and in case of an 404 it return nothing so it doesn’t pass to the next condition, to fix this please edit the td_video_support.php file following this path .. includes/wp_booster/td_video_support.php and comment this lines: http://screencast.com/t/ozS4CX6K

Like I said before this happens because of your server’s configuration. Please contact your host providers and let them know that there seems to be a problem with the CURL library that is installed on your server.
