Not generating Youtube Thumbnails

Good Day,
Please, my youtube links are not generating video thumbnails both in my posts and home page. I have enabled video thumbnails for all blocks and still, no thumbnails are being generated. Kindly Help

Hi,

Provide your website URL so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. Make sure if you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way.

some of the youtube links I posted now have a thumbnail, but if you notice there is one in the footer that a thumbnail was not generated.

Hi,

I have checked your footer section and the module thumb for this video post seems to have generated a thumbnail as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/52lzYGRVra Where is the problem?
