Hello, I just installed your Newspaper theme and imported the https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_downtown_pro/ but for some reason, it’s not loading as in the demo. Images and topics are also different. Also, the top header color is white, and can’t see the menu. How do I fix this? The whole reason I purchased is to get exactly that demo as is shown on the demo site

Do you have any custom colors or codes? I can see the menu with colors on hover only. Did you import the demo with content? Or did you simply install a section or page template?

Hello, thanks for answering promptly. Regarding your questions, as I mentioned in previous message I just installed your Newspaper theme (fresh WordPress and Newspaper theme installs) and imported with content. Absolutely no custom colors or codes.

OKay, that worked to fix the top header and menu, thank you. How can I get the content as shown on the demo site?
Also, I’m putting in my logo and for some reason it doesn’t substitute the demo logo. Can you help with this as well?

Unfortunately, some elements are just for presentation purposes, and they do not come when you install the demo. We chose to upload only some example articles for you in order not to crowd your website with sample articles and many images. We focused on the functionalities and the design, not the content. However, you can use it as well.
The logo has a svg code, which you need to set like this: https://prnt.sc/4igeq19Bws7d or delete the code. You can delete the texts:https://prnt.sc/KVXBPLI0AqxR and upload yours.
